DelayDude – we give broken pedals a new life

Pedal Reparatur Like probably every musician, I love my instruments and effect pedals. And not just my own: I think every instrument, every pedal is a treasure that we must preserve. Unfortunately, even the best devices sometimes break. Continue reading “DelayDude – we give broken pedals a new life”

Meris LVX Modular Delay System – Filter Sounds

It took me a little while to get into the Meris LVX. This modular delay system offers almost unlimited possibilities. In this video, I’ve played around with a few filter options.

Demo Video: Eventide H90 Harmonizer vs. Strymon Volante

This is a comparison of two absolutely amazing pedals: The space head algorithm of the Eventide H90 Harmonizer compared to the Strymon Volante.
Both pedals can create multihead delays, have modulation and are perfect for gritty tape sounds.

0:37 darker delay with modulation
1:22 more gain, low cut
2:04 really dark delay
2:57 two tape heads activated
3:56 gritty delay

Eventide H90 Harmonizer

In this video I have checked out the 10 new algorithms of the marvellous Eventide H90 Harmonizer.

All I can say, is that I am speechless! This multi effect pedal blows my mind!

We got our YouTube channel back

With a little help from my friends… or with much help from people I partly didn’t even know before, we succeed in recovering our channel “delay dude”!

We want to thank everyone, who supported us.

But our very special thanks go to Philipp Ernst (Bonedo), who was so kind to spend hours to get in contact with the YouTube support. He was the guy who did all the bureaucratic paperwork with us.

We also want to thank Frank Prager. Without your mail and your comments, we wouldn’t even have started the fight.

And special thanks to Eirik (Living Room Gear Demos), Peter Grandl (Amazona), BoBeats, Hainbach and many, many more!

We are so grateful, because this channel means so much to us and so much to my beloved father, who is fighting the cancer and who must endure so many cruel operations these days.

Thank you all so much!

DelayDude YouTube Channel has been hacked

Therefore, we want to let you know, that all content that will be published after the 14th of July 2022 is not made by DelayDude.
We clearly distance ourselves from whatever will be published after the 14th of July.

We are really sad about how easy the accounts of honest people can be taken over by criminals.
If you have an idea how to save our YouTube channel, don’t hesitate to let us know.

Thanks for your understanding!
