I have got a question regarding the Wet Output + Volume Poti Mod and the Remote Switch Mod for the EHX Freeze. Is the volume mod supposed to control the volume of the wet signal or the dry signal or the mix? And will the function of the original switch of the Freeze remain after the installation of the output for the additional switch? This is a comparison of the Catalinbread Belle Epoch with the Empress Echosystem. The Belle Epoch emulates the legendary Echoplex EP-3 as well as the respective algorithm of the Echosystem. Both delays provide modulation, a tone control and for those, who like grittier sounds, they also add some dirt to the signal.
For a new song, I used a chord sequence recorded with a reverse delay. I think, in my own case this is an appropriate substitute for an extensive synth sound. But I recognized that it is pretty hard to control the reverse delay and now, I am not able to reproduce my record exactly. I have the feeling that it does whatever it wants to do. Somehow, the rhythm of the reverse signal varies each time. I am not sure, if this is problem only occurs in my setup but I tried my best to describe the trouble. By using the the sonic options of the Rubberneck (gain/tone), I tried to make them both sound as similiar as possible.

This is a comparison of the the Valhalla delay VST with two analog delay pedals. For I wanted a darker delay sound without modulation and a brighter delay sound with modulation as a sonic reference, I choose the Maxon AD900 and Electro Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man for this comparison.
