We got our YouTube channel back
With a little help from my friends… or with much help from people I partly didn’t even know before, we succeed in recovering our channel “delay dude”!
We want to thank everyone, who supported us.
But our very special thanks go to Philipp Ernst (Bonedo), who was so kind to spend hours to get in contact with the YouTube support. He was the guy who did all the bureaucratic paperwork with us.
We also want to thank Frank Prager. Without your mail and your comments, we wouldn’t even have started the fight.
And special thanks to Eirik (Living Room Gear Demos), Peter Grandl (Amazona), BoBeats, Hainbach and many, many more!
We are so grateful, because this channel means so much to us and so much to my beloved father, who is fighting the cancer and who must endure so many cruel operations these days.

Dear DelayDude-fans, dear followers,
Our YouTube channel DelayDude became target of a cyber attack.
Unfortunately, we did not succeed in recapturing our access rights so far.
Therefore, we want to let you know, that all content that will be published after the 14th of July 2022 is not made by DelayDude.
We clearly distance ourselves from whatever will be published after the 14th of July.
We are really sad about how easy the accounts of honest people can be taken over by criminals.

The fairytale of the bad compression
Frequently, I read comments on YouTube that it actually is impossibly to assess a sound of a pedal in demo video because of the compression.
I am in fact unable to understand these comments but nevertheless or even because of this lack of understanding I would like to dedicate this small article to this issue.
