Die ersten OP-Amps vereinfachten den Aufbau von Effektger\u00e4ten enorm. Fast zur gleichen Zeit hat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehx.com\/products\/small-stone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Electro Harmonix den Small Stone<\/a> eingef\u00fchrt. Beide Phaser haben 4 Stufen, der Phase 90 basiert jedoch auf FETs, der Small Stone auf einem OTA. Der Phase 90 klingt immer etwas &#8220;schmutziger&#8221; w\u00e4hrend der Small Stone einen sehr cleanen Sound produziert. Beide werden immer noch produziert. Boss entwickelte Ende der 70er seinen ersten Phaser.<\/p>\n<p>1976 kam der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bossarea.com\/boss-ce-1-chorus-ensemble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boss CE-1<\/a> Chorus Ensemble auf den Markt. Bereits ein Jahr zuvor wurde diese Schaltung erfolgreich im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roland.com\/de\/products\/jc-120\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jazz-Chorus 120<\/a> Amp von Roland verbaut. Aufgrund des damals sehr hohen Preises, oder des gro\u00dfen Formats, verkaufte sich das Pedal allerding nicht sehr gut. Heute ist es ein gesuchtes Effektger\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Ein sehr interessantes Pedal dieser Zeit war das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mu-tron.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mu-Tron<\/a>. Der Envelope Filter (Auto Wah) war sicher nicht unerheblich f\u00fcr die funkige Musik des Disco-Zeitalters.<\/p>\n<h2>Erste Overdrive Pedale<\/h2>\n<p>Fast zeitgleich kamen zun\u00e4chst der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guitartest.de\/BOSS%20OD-1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boss OD-1<\/a> gefolgt vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.analogman.com\/tshist.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ibanez TS-808<\/a> auf den Markt. Auch schaltungstechnisch sind die beiden Pedale nahezu identisch. Der Ibanez Tubescreamer konnte sich, vermutlich aufgrund seines zus\u00e4tzlichen Tone-Potis, durchsetzen. Der Rest ist Geschichte. Beide wurden Ende der 70er entwickelt und werden bis heute produziert. Diese Pedale waren auch f\u00fcr den damals neuen Heavy Metal grundlegend, da sie mehr Gain erzeugten, als ein Overdrive und im sich im Klang differenzierter darstellten, als ein Fuzz-Pedal.<\/p>\n<h2>Weitere wichtige Effekte<\/h2>\n<p>Der vielleicht beste Flanger, war der 1978 gebaute <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adaamps.com\/Products\/ada-flanger\/Flanger.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A\/DA Flanger<\/a>. Er konnte absolut neuartige Sounds erzeugen und den Klang bis zur Selbstoszillation verformen. Der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kitrae.net\/music\/music_big_muff.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Muff<\/a> war und ist eines ihrer bekanntesten Pedale. Auch wenn das, vom Firmengr\u00fcnder Mike Mathews verbreitete, Ger\u00fccht, dass Jimi Hendrix schon einen Big Muff gespielt hat, nie best\u00e4tigt wurde, hat er mit dem Pedal eine vollkommen neue Verzerrergattung erschaffen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Fuzz-Pedale mit ihren zwei Transistoren, einen eher unkomprimierten und rauen Sound erzeugen, hat der Big Muff mehr Sustain und ist komprimierter.
