Maxon/Ibanez AD 999 Pro

[:de]Das Maxon/Ibanez AD 999 Pro ist ein wenig Pedalboard-freundliches analog Delay.
Die erweiterte Version des AD 999 bietet wie auch das AD 9 Pro eine zusätzliche Tape Echo Multi-Head Funktion. Hier kann mittels Toggle-Switch zwischen Single Head und Dual Head Modus gewählt werden.
Wie das AD 999 kommt auch die Pro-Version von Maxon ohne Anschlüsse für Expression-Pedal oder Midi daher. Tap Tempo und Modulation sucht man bei diesem 9V-Pedal ebenfalls vergeblich.
Dafür bekommt man allerdings immerhin 900 mS maximaler Delayzeit. Und auch die Clock-Noise-Reduktion, die bereits im AD 9 Pro zu finden war, wohnt diesem True-Bypass-Mono- Pedal inne.
Von mir erhält das Maxon AD 999 Pro, das heute nur noch gebraucht zu bekommen ist, 7 von 10 Punkten auf der Kult-Faktor-Skala.

Similar to the AD 9 Pro, the extended version of the AD 999 offers an additional tape echo multi head function. A toggle switch allows to choose between single head and dual head mode.
Like the AD 999, the AD 999 Pro also dispenses with inputs for an expression- pedal or midi. And you will also search in vain for tap tempo and modulation.
But, the 9V pedal provides up to 900 ms maximum delay time. And you will also get the clock noise reduction we already know from the AD 9 Pro.
Today, the true bypass pedal is only available in used condition.
On my cult-factor scale, the Maxon AD 999 Pro gets 7 of 10 points.[:]
